Double smoked bacon, caramelized onion and Parmigiano-Reggiano. I came here for brunch on the weekend and had a craving for some pasta. This dish was really great, the pasta was done al dente, which went really well with the creamy sauce and the bacon just provided enough saltiness to the dish. I would definitely come back for their dinner menu.
