Memphis-style ribs are hickory smoked in-house for several hours to ensure the true flavours of Southern smoked ribs. Ribs are served DRY (rubbed with a blend of Southern spices) or WET (blasted in one of our signature sauces - Country Mild, Aunt Shirley's BBQ or Hallelujah Hot).
