. It was hard to distinguish what was unique about these sauces since they were mixed together, making it rather pointless to have all thoses sauces there on one plate. Unlike a lot of crab found in other sushi joints, which is usually bland, the crabmeat and the crabstick here was tender and sweet and offered a subtle mix of textures.
